Great article as always, and on my favorite House too! I just love how Orien is one of the “nice” Houses, but they’re down on their luck and so desperate to regain their former glory they’re willing to take incredible risks. I think it makes for great stories.

IME, Passage (or at least Journey’s Home) is built on a manifest zone to Kythri, which reinforces the theme of wanderlust by literally making its inhabitants restless if they live there for too long, forcing House agents to travel.

I notice you don’t mention Ghallanda as a friend of the House. I would have imagined the two to be close, is that not particularly the case? Same with Vadalis, which I assume provides horses, tribex and the like for the caravans.
